SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING METHOD

Plastic Lamellar currently offers shipping worldwide. All international shipments are delivered duty unpaid. (DDU) This means the purchaser is responsible for any tariffs or import fees.

All orders are generally handled within 1-3 business days from date of order. If this is not possible you will be notified of a back order status via email. Our cart should allow you shipping options based on your shipping location and quantity of products. All expediting options should be selected at checkout.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

POLICY AND RETURN CLAIMS

To ensure proper service to everyone, any unauthorized returns will be REFUSED and sent back to the sender. Please call ahead for Return Authorization (RA) before shipment.

SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All returns must have an Return Authorization (RA) number that is clearly written on the box(es). Only approved items will be processed, any extra items will be sent back to the sender.

All Return Authorization (RA) numbers must be received from customer service of Plastic Lamellar. Please call for RA numbers.
